Before we get started, you should know a little about me.
I graduated from Catholic University with a BA in Psychology.
I have worked in the creative web design world, in hotels, restaurant and franchising industry. I have learned along the way, and am glad to share that knowledge with you.
My Story
Married at 22 years old, I embarked on an adventurous life of travel and exciting work in which no two days were ever the same, and the path was filled with new challenges (staring new restaurants including the Amsterdam Falafelshop), constant learning (Spanish, Scuba, Franchising), and rewarding wins (every project had a huge upside!).

I have worked as a volunteer and Vice-Chair for over 12 years on the board of our neighborhood Business Improvement District, mentored community businesses, helped business owners write grant applications and assisted employees re-entering the workforce after incarceration and addiction.

In 2021, I lost my husband to COVID-19, and I struggled like so many others to find my footing amidst the continuing health crisis and devastating loss of my partner and best friend. I honored his memory by launching our book Struwwelpeter 2 - The Pandemic Edition which he illustrated in 2021. In 2023 I went on to publish Is Franchising Right for ME?, a natural extension of the mentoring I offer budding entrepreneurs in person.
